The Workday Data Lead is accountable for the end to end data lifecycle in the Workday implementation project. He/she is responsible for data strategy creation and alignment with the relevant stakeholders on client side. In addition, he/she oversees entire data migration process: data extraction transformation cleansing validation loading and reconciliation, to ensure the accuracy completeness and regulatory compliance of data moving from legacy systems into Workday.
While the client is responsible for data extraction transformation cleansing validation and reconciliation, Workday Data Lead provides guidance and governance expertise with the same in accordance with the data strategy and best industries practices.
