We are seeking a Test Lead with Oracle to join one of our clients. This is a replacement for an on-going project.

Lead the planning, preparation, coordination, and governance of testing activities for Public Sector client project, ensuring that business processes, data migration activities, reporting requirements, and new functionality are fully validated prior to Go Live.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Integrated Test Strategy and Test Plan.
• Coordinate test preparation activities across four distinct Public Sector Bodies.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, test scripts and traceability matrices aligned to Functional Design Documents and Target Operating Models.
• Establish and administer JIRA-based test and defect management processes.
• Coordinate Solution Exposure, Data Validation, Solution Validation and UAT activities.
• Manage defect triage, prioritisation, remediation tracking, and retesting.
• Produce testing dashboards and readiness reporting for Programme Board and Steering governance.
• Define test entry, exit criteria, and support formal sign-off activities.
• Coordinate business testers across all PSBs and manage testing schedules.
• Work closely with NSSO, KFSS and programme workstream leads to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Support MDC, UAT and Go-Live readiness assessments.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years ERP Test Management experience.
• Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
• Experience managing SIT, UAT and Data Migration testing.
• Experience using JIRA or equivalent test management tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Public Sector or Shared Services transformation experience desirable.
• Fluency in English.
