Job details:

We are looking for a Tech Lead to support the data, AI and Ingestion team, getting on the ground with day to day tasks, raising escalations, working closely alongside the Product Owner and Principal Engineer.

Candidate needs to have a technical background, being able to work closely with the small teams (3 persons each) within a bigger team.

Ideally, if the candidate has a developer background (web development). Tech stack for the project is Java/Kotlin backend

Candidate is not expected to code and/or do code review, but be able to challenge the teams / monitor identify dependencies to other streams, etc.
 

Skills:

• 6+ years of experience
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Delivery needed
• Candidate must be proficient in SDLC, Agile Deliery (Scrum, Kanban) practical experience and have proven experience in managing delivery teams (does not have to big teams)
• Has software delivery related background (ideally a software developer or data engineer)
• Fluent business English
