About the project:
Contact Center Diagnostic solution – AI-Assisted Summarization, AI-Augmented Diagnostics and AI-Driven Engagement Efficiency. Integrate GPT-based summarization to draft narratives from diagnostic results and uploaded xls data for internal consultant use, accelerating insight generation while maintaining human oversight. Benchmark Intelligence: Using AI to compare client KPIs against industry benchmarks and highlight performance gaps, leveraging structured data and historical insights. Enabling AI-powered generation of baseline reports and ROI calculations within the web-based diagnostics platform, reducing manual effort and turnaround time.
Requirements:
Must have:
- Experience delivering and managing roadmap for AI products
- Needs to be able showcase experience in defining scope, navigating ambiguous requirements, and managed overall backlog / timelines
- In terms of years of experience: At least 5 years plus, since a lot of the pilot clients we are working with are large accounts
- General PM experience, with familiarity working on AI products / applications, and
- Must have experience interacting with internal stakeholders + clients
