Job details:

• Role:Tech Lead (Angular + .NET)
• Full-time
• hybrid – 1-2 days per week in office, preferred model) / full remote (available, but discouraged)
• Start date: 01/04/2026
• End date: 31/12/2026

Scope:

• Ensure code quality, best practices, and technology stack compliance across customer applications
• Review and approve Pull Requests, ensuring maintainability, performance, and security
• Actively challenge technical and business assumptions to deliver optimal solutions
• Identify and communicate technical risks and application threats early
• Take direct responsibility towards the client for the technical delivery
• Define the application scope together with the client, especially at the start of new versions
• Ensure delivery on time, within agreed estimates, and with expected quality
• Support, mentor, and guide team members in day-to-day work
• Assign tasks and coordinate work within the team
• Address and resolve team conflicts constructively
• Share delivery status with other Tech Leads and the Architect
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed:
  – Daily stand-ups
  – Estimation sessions
  – Refinements
  – Sprint planning
  – Retrospectives
  – Demos
• Work closely with QA, UX, and occasionally Mobile teams to ensure end‑to‑end quality
  Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders

Skills:

• Strong experience with Angular (Senior level)
• Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities
• Optional but strong advantage: Full‑Stack experience with .NET
• Solid understanding of clean code, architecture, and design patterns
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Very good English communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Experience in enterprise-scale applications
• Previous collaboration with international clients
• Exposure to energy, utilities, or industrial domains
