We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant, for our international client.

Job details:

• Role: SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant
• Location: Hybrid with one day in the office in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra
• Full time
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months + extension

Scope:

The consultant will:

• Analyze current time management and absence processes
• Advise on best practices and solution design within SAP SuccessFactors
• Lead or support end-to-end implementation activities
• Conduct workshops (remote and occasional onsite sessions)
• Configure and test the solution
• Support integration discussions (if applicable)
• Assist during deployment and post-go-live support

Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
• Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Off
• At least one full end-to-end Time Tracking implementation
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
