We’re looking for an experienced SAP Successfactors Consultant with Reporting for our international client.

• End Date: 6 months + possible extension

Scope:

We are looking for a data-driven SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to lead the analytics and reporting workstream for our ongoing projects. You will be responsible for turning complex HR data into actionable insights using the full suite of SAP SF reporting tools.

As the Reporting SME, you will drive the analytics strategy by:

• Designing and implementing complex reporting solutions across the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
• Leading the setup and configuration of People Analytics (Stories in People Analytics), Table Reports, and Canvas Reports.
• Managing at least three end-to-end (E2E) Reporting implementations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Creating custom dashboards and advanced analytics to meet specific business KPIs.
• Training end-users and administrators on reporting self-service capabilities.

Skills required:

• Proven, deep knowledge of the SAP SF Reporting ecosystem (Report Center, Advance Reporting, and People Analytics).
• Participation in at least three (3) E2E Reporting implementations.
• 5+ years of professional experience focusing on HR data and SAP SF analytics.
• Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory. Portuguese is a significant plus.
