• End Date: 6 months + possible extension

Scope:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant to join our team for a high-impact implementation project. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
 

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SF Recruiting, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM/RMK).
• Managing the full lifecycle of at least three end-to-end implementation projects.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP SF modules and third-party systems.
• Providing post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Skills required:

• Deep, proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Participation in at least three (3) complete end-to-end (E2E) implementations.
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in the SAP SuccessFactors space.
• Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory. Portuguese is a significant plus.
