We’re looking for an experienced SAP Successfactors Functional Integration Consultant for our international client.

• End Date: 6 months + possible extension

Scope:

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Integration Consultant to bridge the gap between business processes and technical connectivity. This role is critical for ensuring that SAP SuccessFactors communicates seamlessly with Payroll, Finance, and third-party vendor systems.

As a Functional Integration expert, you will be responsible for:

• Translating complex business requirements into functional integration specifications.
• Overseeing the data mapping and flow between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems (e.g., SAP ERP/S4HANA, Payroll, Benefits).
• Managing at least three end-to-end (E2E) integration projects, from discovery to hyper-care.
• Leading functional testing, troubleshooting interface errors, and optimizing data synchronization.
• Acting as the primary liaison between HR business owners and technical middleware teams (CPI/Dell Boomi).

Skills required:

• Proven functional knowledge of SAP SF integration tools (Integration Center, OData API, Compound Employee API)
• Led functional workstreams in at least three (3) E2E implementation cycles.
• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors functional design and integrations.
• Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory. Portuguese is a significant plus.
