Scope:

  • Lead the analysis, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with business needs
  • Configure and maintain HR Services, Lifecycle Events, Journeys, portals, forms, and workflows within ServiceNow HRSD
  • Develop and integrate ServiceNow HRSD solutions with external HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Facilitate workshops and act as the main interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and Process Owners
  • Analyze requirements, estimate User Stories, identify risks, and propose scalable technical solutions
  • Ensure platform stability, quality assurance, post-implementation testing, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices
  • Coordinate HRSD development activities and support Agile delivery processes and ceremonies
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and operational support to team membersMonitor team workload, task allocation, delivery quality, and project progress
  • Support onboarding, performance management, and development of team members
  • Prepare documentation, operational reports, presentations, and training materials
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve processes

 

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration
  • Hands-on experience with HR Services, Lifecycle Events, Journeys, Employee Center, and Flow Designer\
  • Advanced JavaScript skills for client-side and server-side scripting
  • Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and integrations
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations
  • Good understanding of relational databases and HR business processes
  • Experience in technical analysis, solution design, estimation, and Agile delivery
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD best practices and ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification is a strong advantage
  • Experience with deployment automation and industrialization processes
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in team coordination or people management
  • Fluent French and English communication skills
