Scope:

  • HRSD Solution Design & Development
    – Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and Document Management.
    – Build Employee Center experiences aligned with SuccessFactors data models and HR processes.
    – Develop workflows, HR services, UI policies, business rules, and HR catalog items.
    – Ensure HRSD configuration aligns with global process frameworks and SuccessFactors-driven data structures.
  • Integration with SAP SuccessFactors
    – Collaborate with integration teams to build and validate SuccessFactors ?-? ServiceNow HRSD data integrations (e.g., employee master data, organizational structures, events, onboarding triggers).
    – Support configuration related to IntegrationHub, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware where applicable.
    – Define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data consistency across platforms.
    – Ensure security and privacy compliance when exchanging sensitive HR data.
  • Platform Enhancements & Technical Execution
    – Develop automation using Flow Designer, HR Case workflows, and custom HR service logic.
    – Participate in HRSD releases, upgrades, and regression testing – ensuring all integrations with SuccessFactors remain stable.
    – Troubleshoot issues across both systems, collaborating with SAP and ServiceNow technical teams.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    – Work with HR, IT, SAP SuccessFactors consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
    – Participate in design workshops and provide subject‑matter expertise on HRSD capabilities and constraints.
    – Create documentation, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
  • Quality Assurance & Delivery
    – Conduct unit testing and support system testing and UAT cycles.
    – Follow Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

 

Skills:

  • Experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including hands-on experience in HRSD.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    – HRSD suite (Case, Knowledge, Employee Center/ESC, Lifecycle Events)
    – JavaScript & Glide API scripting
    – Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
    – REST/SOAP integrations and data transformation
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and HR data structures (employee central data model, onboarding, movements, etc.).
  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HR (HRSD) certification.
  • Good command of English.
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, or Position/Organization Management with ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., IntegrationHub, Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP CPI).
  • Experience in global transformation programs or complex multi-country HR deployments.
  • Knowledge of data security, role-based access, and HR data privacy standards.
  • Good command of German – nice to have
