Scope:

• Service Now HRSD Development & Configuration
• Design and configure HR Case Management, HR Services, and COEs
• Develop and customize: HR Case templates ,Record Producers
• Develop and customize Employee Center / Service Portal for HR users
• Configure:
  • HR Service Catalog items
  • Knowledge Articles
  • HR widgets and portal pages
• Ensure optimal UX, role-based visibility, and HR data separation
• Support Incidents on the platform and drive timely resolution.

Skills:

• 8 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• English B2
