We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the design and implementation of Human Resources Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong technical background combined with strategic thinking to align HR processes with scalable digital solutions.

Scope:

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical designs
• Define best practices, standards, and governance for HRSD on ServiceNow
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams across Europe
• Oversee integrations with external systems (e.g., payroll, identity management, ERP)
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with EU regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and consultants
• Support deployment planning, release management, and continuous improvement

Skills:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with strong focus on HRSD module
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities
• Hands-on experience with:
• HR Case Management
• Employee Service Center (ESC)
• Lifecycle Events
• Knowledge Management
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server)
• Strong understanding of data privacy and GDPR compliance
• Experience working in multi-country / EU environments
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect (CTA), CIS-HR)
• Experience with Now Assist / AI features in ServiceNow
• Background in HR transformation or shared services
• Agile/Scrum experience
