Scope:

• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs aligned with best practices
• Configure and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automation (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM)
• Develop and customize applications, including scripting (Business Rules, UI Policies, APIs) and Flow Designer solutions
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and data sources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide consulting on ITIL-aligned processes and platform capabilities
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing platform optimization and issue resolution

Skills:

• 4+ years
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, including core modules such as ITSM and HRSD
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development (flows, scripting, catalog, UI customization, UI Builder)
• Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Builder)
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, Data Stream and data sources
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ability to align solutions with best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
