Scope:

• Build and customize HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, case templates, record producers, and Employee Center/Service Portal components. Ensure optimized UX and secure HR data segregation.
• Develop using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, GlideRecord/GlideAjax. Implement ACLs, roles, and user criteria for security. Optimize scripts for performance and scalability.
• Design workflows in Flow Designer, create reusable subflows, approval flows, and HR-triggered notifications.
• Build and support integrations with HR systems like Workday, CIDM, Cornerstone using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and scheduled data syncs.
• Create HR dashboards and reports. Ensure compliance with data privacy, HR data separation, audit, and governance requirements.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders, participate in requirement workshops, provide technical documentation, support testing, UAT, and production deployments.

Skills:

• 7–8 years of overall development experience
• 3+ years of hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
