We are looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join an international SAP rollout project, with responsibility for the deployment and localization of SAP Sales & Distribution processes for Romania.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other SAP functional teams to ensure successful implementation of template processes while addressing local Romanian legal and business.

Scope:

• Participate in SAP rollout activities for Romania, including fit-gap workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP SD processes according to project requirements and global template standards.
• Implement and support Romanian localization requirements within SAP SD, ensuring compliance with local business and fiscal regulations.
• Collaborate with FI, MM, WM/EWM, and other SAP teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
• Prepare functional specifications and support developments, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Execute and support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution activities.
• Support data migration, cutover preparation, and go-live activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer and user support during deployment phases.
• Participate in project governance meetings and status reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP SD consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP SD customization and configuration skills.
• Proven experience in SAP rollout or implementation projects.
• Good understanding of order-to-cash business processes.
• Experience with SAP SD integration with SAP FI and MM.
• Knowledge of Romanian SAP SD localization requirementsand local business practices.
• Ability to conduct workshops and interact directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience in testing, defect management, and go-live support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Romanian and good English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with S/4HANA projects.
• Experience in multinational and template-driven rollout programs.
• Knowledge of SAP pricing, output management, and billing processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience working in international and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or similar project management tools.
