SCOPE

The consultant will join a large international SAP S/4HANA rollout program involving integration with GK Software solutions. The role will support project delivery through all phases including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support SAP S/4HANA rollout activities across multiple European locations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Participate in solution design, system configuration, and functional specifications.
• Support integration activities between SAP S/4HANA and GK systems.
• Perform system testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing support.
• Assist with data migration, deployment planning, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Work closely with distributed teams located in Spain, Portugal, and Switzerland.
• Participate in workshops, status meetings, and project governance activities.
• Ensure solutions align with business processes and SAP best practices.

Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP Retail consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Retail, Master Data Management, Assortment Management, Merchandising & Buying.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations and rollouts.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP MM and SAP SD.
• Strong knowledge of Store Operations, Inventory Management, Replenishment, Procurement, and

Sales & POS processes:

• Experience integrating SAP Retail with GK POS, SAP CAR, SAP F&R, and other retail solutions.
• Proven experience in business workshops, solution design, functional specifications, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international rollout projects and Agile environments.

Nice to Have:

• SAP Fiori and SAP BTP experience.
• Team Lead or Stream Lead experience.
• Grocery, supermarket, or retail industry background.
• Experience with multi-country SAP deployments.
