Scope:

• Administration and support of SAP landscapes including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BP, SF, Fiori, and related components.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Incident, problem, and change management.
• System copies, client copies, refreshes, transport management, and technical maintenance.
• Support for cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including migration of SAP workloads to AWS, AWS Native, and SAP Private Cloud Edition / RISE.
• Participation in cutovers, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Planning and execution of SAP upgrades, support package implementations, kernel upgrades, and patching.
• Maintenance of technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Security remediation and hardening.
• Implementation of SAP Security Notes and technical corrections.
• Support for compliance and audit requirements.
• Support for SAP integrations and communication interfaces, including RFC, HTTP/S, IAM, certificates, authentication, SAP Cloud Connector, Web Dispatcher, middleware platforms, and integration services.
• Collaboration with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Participation in migration activities, testing, cutovers, and post-go-live support.
• Contribution to technical design and implementation decisions. Automation and scripting.

Skills:

• Strong hands-on SAP Basis experience.
• SAP S/4HANA administration and support.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Fiori, BTP, SF and related SAP components.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, performance analysis, root cause investigation, incident/problem/change management, system copies, client copies, refreshes, transport management, and technical maintenance.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, support package implementations, kernel upgrades, and patching.
• Experience supporting cloud migration and modernization initiatives, ideally involving AWS / SAP Private Cloud Edition / RISE.
• Knowledge of SAP Security Notes, security remediation, hardening, and technical corrections.
• Experience with SAP integrations and communication interfaces including RFC, HTTP/S, IAM, certificates, authentication, SAP Cloud Connector, and Web Dispatcher.
• Experience working with Linux and SAP HANA-based systems.
• Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• English language proficiency.
