• Good understanding of Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce (Agents, Prompt Templates, out of the box Agentforce for Service features).
• Good understanding of Salesforce Knowledge setup.
• Strong development skills (Apex, LWC).
• Good understanding of Service Cloud out of the box features.
• Salesforce Platform development and configuration
