Scope:

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and the Vlocity (Salesforce Communications Cloud) platform. The role includes hands-on development, configuration, sprint leadership, technical guidance, and ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with project requirements and industry best practices.

This position will play a key role in supporting Telco-specific processes (Quote-to-Order, MACD) and building complex, customer-centric solutions using OmniStudio tools, Apex development, and integrations.

Skills:

• Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud development experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Vlocity (Salesforce Communications Cloud) platform development.
• Proficiency with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures).
• Experience with Vlocity Card UI Framework, Vlocity Actions, Templates, Interaction Launcher, Guided Processes.
• Strong knowledge of Product Modeling, process building using out-of-the-box Comms Cloud tools.
• Exposure to CPQ and Order Management for MACD orders involving Decomposition (FRL) and Orchestration.
• Hands-on Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Salesforce Platform App Builder.
• Experience working with Salesforce integrations using JSON/SOAP web services and Vlocity Integration Procedures.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access controls (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, Record Types, etc.)
