We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic Salesforce consulting team working on innovative CRM solutions for enterprise clients, including the automotive sector.

Scope:

• Design and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Participate in full lifecycle Salesforce development for large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Contribute to solution design and technical architecture discussions.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Follow clean coding practices and leverage enterprise design patterns.
• Utilize GIT, SFDX, and DevOps methodologies to support development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Take part in code reviews, testing, and release activities.
• Drive ongoing improvements to development standards, processes, and best practices.
• Optionally support team leadership and mentor other developers.

Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• System Architect certification is advantageous.
• Practical experience with GIT, SFDX, and foundational DevOps practices.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise development standards and design patterns.
• Previous experience leading teams or managing projects is considered a strong advantage.
