• Role: Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Architect
• Type: Full-time / Remote

Core Responsibilities:

Copilot Studio & Generative AI

• Design, deploy, and operationalize enterprise-grade Copilot agents and AI assistants.
• Define AI best practices, reusable components, and ensure alignment with Responsible AI governance.
• Identify and prioritize business use cases for AI and automation.

Power Platform & Enterprise Architecture

• Define solution architecture, development standards, and reusable accelerators.
• Support business units and mentor citizen developers in building scalable solutions.
• Influence strategic technology decisions, platform roadmaps, and future-state operating models.

Enterprise Integrations

• Design and troubleshoot complex, secure end-to-end integration architectures.
• Connect Power Platform/Copilot Studio with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, M365).
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Custom Connectors.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Establish enterprise governance (environment strategy, DLP policies, security models, licensing, and ALM).
• Monitor platform health, costs, adoption metrics (KPIs/KRIs), and support internal audits.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and Risk teams to ensure proper authentication (Microsoft Entra ID) and data protection.

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate workshops and solution-design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Present architectures and governance recommendations to senior management.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and engage with Microsoft partners.

Required Skills:

• Power Platform Expertise: 7+ years of experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages, AI Builder).
• Copilot & AI Experience: Proven track record with Copilot Studio, Generative/Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Governance.
• Integration Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Custom Connectors, REST/SOAP, and event-driven architectures.
• Enterprise Governance: Experience in defining and implementing large-scale governance, compliance, risk management, and audit frameworks.
