About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PMO Manager with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to support a large-scale procurement transformation program.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring strong project governance, cross-regional coordination, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence across procurement-related initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination & Governance

  • Support end-to-end project management activities within procurement-related initiatives.
  • Ensure cross-regional coordination and alignment of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Maintain and continuously update project documentation, RAID logs, trackers, and executive dashboards.
  • Monitor progress against milestones and proactively escalate risks, issues, and delays.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, standards, and reporting structures.
     

    2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate communication between procurement, solution, IT, and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Organize and support steering committees, operational governance forums, and working sessions.
  • Prepare clear agendas, meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-ups.
  • Capture stakeholder feedback and ensure alignment within project planning and execution activities.
     

    3.Execution & Delivery Support

  • Track and manage change requests, testing cycles (UAT), and issue resolution processes related to procurement modules.
  • Support coordination between business and technical teams during deployment phases.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, structured reporting, and compliance with internal PMO standards.
  • Prepare process documentation and develop process maps where required.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PMO, project management, or project coordination roles within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven experience supporting complex, cross-regional projects.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and procurement systems (e.g., source-to-pay, P2P, vendor management).
  • Experience in preparing process documentation and process mapping.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in procurement transformation or digital transformation programs.
  • Exposure to ERP or procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
  • Experience working in international or matrix organizations.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
