We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant/Solution Architect with over 5 years of experience delivering large-scale Field Service implementations, preferably within the Energy & Utilities sector.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Work Orders, Scheduling & Dispatching, Mobile/Offline capabilities, Asset Management and must have knowledge in Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO).

Combined with strong knowledge of solution architecture, Azure integrations, APIs, and Azure Service Bus.

Experience supporting complex transformation programs, validating requirements during technical refinement, and designing scalable end-to-end field service processes is essential.

The candidate should be capable of acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices while supporting the successful delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in Field Service
• Experience with large-scale implementations
• Proficiency with Azure
• Fluent English
