Scope:

• Being part of the agile scrum team implementing prioritised backlog items and fixing production incidents (maintenance activities as well as contributing to project deliveries)
• Deployment of releases
• Alignment with business areas if needed – e.g. to clarify requirements, to align in case of production issues, to discuss issues arising during UAT testing
• Alignment with Mendix Center of Excellence and other services that we are interfacing with
• Optional: maintenance of templates produced by Jinja template engine

Skills:

• 1 dev: 8+ years experience + certification
• Ability & willingness:
  – to navigate in an agile team / host agile ceremonies, e.g. to host agile daily meetings, run retrospective sessions, sprint planning for our 3-week-long regular sprints (we do that in a rotational manner)
  – to work for an end-user with high standards and expecting high quality (standard office hours besides deployments between 6 and 7 PM every three weeks)
