Scope:

• This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities across the entire software development lifecycle combined with strong DevSecOps engineering expertise.
• The person will design and improve secure CI CD processes, support cloud and container based environments, and ensure that development workflows are automated, scalable, and compliant with security standards.
• A key aspect of the role is the practical application of generative AI including solutions such as Claude to enhance developer productivity, support code quality, automate routine engineering tasks, and modernize SDLC operations.
• The candidate will also participate in recruitment processes for both DevOps oriented and AI oriented positions and should therefore understand competencies required in both areas.

Skills:

• Practical experience with DevSecOps practices including CI CD pipelines cloud environments Infrastructure as Code automation and security integration
• Experience applying AI or generative AI tooling to engineering workflows such as code assistance documentation automation or development acceleration
• Ability to conduct technical interviews for both DevOps and AI oriented roles with understanding of each skill set
• Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms
• Experience working with source control platforms and CI CD ecosystems such as GitHub Azure DevOps or similar
• Familiarity with Claude or willingness to work extensively with Claude based tooling
• Knowledge of at least one general purpose programming or scripting language
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders in a complex environment
• English proficiency

Nice to have:

• Experience building or integrating AI powered automation in SDLC
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance concepts
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling or workflows
• Experience with quality gates observability or secure development practices
• Certifications related to cloud platforms DevOps or security
• Experience supporting enterprise scale engineering environments or transformations
