Scope:

• Maintain and optimize existing data flows and ETL processes
• Design and develop high-performing ETL packages using SSIS
• Build and support data infrastructure for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Collaborate closely with data analysts to deliver high-quality data models and structures
• Design and implement various data structures (data warehouses, tabular models, star schema, etc.)
• Ensure data security and integrity across end-to-end solutions
• Evaluate and continuously improve existing data analytics solutions
• Work cross-functionally to integrate data systems and support business needs

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server BI stack (T-SQL, SSIS)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques
• Proven experience in ETL development and performance optimization (SSIS)
• Advanced programming skills in T-SQL
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective task and time management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, or Python
• Familiarity with version control in Team Foundation Server
• Experience in Power BI, including:
  – Development of semantic models
  – Front-end/report design
  – Knowledge of DAX
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working
