We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance domain to support the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active involvement throughout the full project lifecycle.

Scope:

• Co-design and enhance existing applications, tailoring them to client needs within the financial services and insurance sectors
• Conduct detailed business analysis, gather and define functional and non-functional requirements
• Validate and test developed solutions to ensure alignment with business expectations
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA teams during implementation and deployment phases
• Work closely with client-side teams in an international environment
• Prepare and maintain system documentation using modeling standards such as UML and BPMN
• Support solution adoption and ensure alignment with best practices and business objectives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of processes

Skills:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Subject Matter Expert
• Proven background in the insurance industry (or IT solutions for insurance)
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (mandatory)
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution validation
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with modeling techniques (UML, BPMN)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
