We’re looking for a data-driven strategist who can turn a sea of raw numbers into a clear roadmap for success.
As a Senior BI Analyst, you won’t just be pulling reports; you’ll be a key architect in our decision-making process, blending deep technical expertise with sharp business intuition.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and high-level organizational strategy. Your primary mission is to ensure our leadership team has the insights they need to optimize processes and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Insight Generation: Translate massive, complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives that support strategic planning and process optimization.
- Dashboard Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Power BI reports and interactive dashboards that provide a „single source of truth.”
- Data Orchestration: Manage end-to-end data modeling, from integrating disparate data sources to optimizing queries for peak performance.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a consultant to internal teams, helping them define KPIs and presenting findings in a way that is impactful and easy to digest.
- Knowledge Leadership: Foster a culture of data literacy by sharing best practices, documenting processes, and mentoring peers.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
- Power BI, expert level poficiency
- Advanced SQL skills. Proven track record of writing efficient queries and managing complex transformations in enterprise environments.
- Basic knowledge of Databricks is nice to have
- Fluent in Polish, English B2
