We are seeking a Senior Application Security Architect to join a client engagement, helping to lead and mature their application security program. The successful candidate will act as a trusted security advisor to the client’s engineering and product teams, providing expert guidance on secure design, threat modeling, and security architecture across a wide range of applications and platforms.

Scope:

• Advise the client’s engineering and product teams on secure application design and architecture.
• Collaborate across teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Assess emerging technologies for security risks and provide recommendations.
• Promote and drive adoption of secure coding practices within the client’s organization.
• Develop and enforce secure design standards.
• Influence technical direction and architecture decisions.
• Support incident response efforts as needed.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in secure software architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native environments and modern development practices, including DevOps, microservices, and APIs.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Passion for enabling secure innovation at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in threat modeling and risk assessment in large organizations.
• Familiarity with security standards and regulations (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST).
