• Role:Senior Android Native developer
• Full-time
• Hybrid work, 6x times per month in the Krakow office
• Start date: 16/03/2026
• End date: 31/12/2026

Scope:

• Working independently and as part of a team to design, develop, test and implement React Native applications.
• Building on and suggesting best practices
• Mentoring other members in the department where appropriate, providing guidance and knowledge transfer
• Delivering well structured, maintainable and fully tested systems to time and budget
• Following Risk-Based Project Management (RBPM) and GB&GCF
• IT development methodologies, corporate information security and corporate website look & feel guidance to ensure successful project delivery with strict adherence to coding practices and the production of all necessary documentation
• Initiation and implementation of productivity and quality initiatives
• Manage and co-ordinate software releases through to Production

Skills:

• A proven track record delivering native Android mobile applications
• Excellent knowledge of Android platform, SDK and Jetpack Compose
• Excellent knowledge of Kotlin
• Experience in unit and automated testing of native Android application
• Experience with Android Studio
• Experience with android tooling, adb, Android Emulator
• Experience in creating UI as per provided specifications using native components and design systems
• Experience of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Experience with Google Play Store publishing and related certificate management
• Good knowledge of debugging Android applications
• Good knowledge of java for mobile development
• Good knowledge of accessibility on mobile devices
• Good knowledge of data marshalling/de-marshalling using JSON and XML
• Experience in establishing security best practices and building security related features for mobile apps
• Experience and passion for test driven development
• Experience working with git and IDEs like IntelliJ and VSCode
• Experience with mobile component libraries
• Familiarity with iOS native development ecosystem: Swift, Swift UI, Xcode
• Familiarity with mobile hybrid / cross platform frameworks, like React Native or Flutter
• Pragmatic / lean / agile development techniques
• Comfortable operating in an “agile” development team, self-starting, motivated.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Takes ownership, pride in delivered work
• Good deadline management and communication for delays, slippages.
