Scope:

• Agentic Orchestration: Design and build sophisticated AI agents using advanced techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and complex orchestration frameworks.
• Pipeline Engineering: Develop and validate specialized data pipelines for GenAI, including data ingestion, sophisticated chunking strategies, embeddings, and re-ranking logic.
• Model Optimization: Optimize generative model performance through advanced prompt engineering and the implementation of rigorous evaluation frameworks (Evals) for safety and consistency.
• Risk & Governance: Actively manage AI-specific risks, including the mitigation of hallucinations, bias, and privacy concerns, ensuring compliance with banking governance standards.
• Technical Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams in product and design.

Skills:

GenAI & LLM Mastery

• Architectures: Proven experience with RAG, Embedding engineering, and multi-agent system design.
• Frameworks: Expert-level command of LangChain, LangGraph, and AgentsSDK.
• Evaluation: Deep understanding of safety and coherence “Evals” for production LLMs.

Data Science & Programming

• Python Expert: Mastery of the data stack, including Pandas, NumPy, Pydantic, and Scikit-learn.
• Foundations: Solid grounding in Statistics, Machine Learning theory, and SQL.
• Cloud: Demonstrable experience working within AWS environments.
