Scope:

•   Act as the servant leader and coach for 1+ Agile Team(s).
• Educate the team in Scrum and Agile ways of working (in particular SAFe), ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed.
•  Enabler to Sprint ceremonies, including Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and kept within the timebox.
• Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team.
• Protect team productivity and facilitate the removal of impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving the Sprint and PI objectives.
• Have a laser focus on ever-improving team performance and dynamics, helping the team to resolve challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Support the team to improve communications and relationships with other teams.
• Represent the team and provide clear status updates to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned.

 

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience required
• Delivery Metrics knowledge and experience is required
• Agile Delivery Skills (Scrum, Kanban) inc preferred Scrum Master Cer
