The person will be responsible for end-to-end management of integration projects with clients related to SAP WMS. The role includes both technical preparation of interfaces as well as client communication and coordination with the operations department.

Scope:

• Direct contact with the client, including gathering and aligning integration requirements
• Analysis and definition of system integration scope
• Reviewing and working with interface documentation
• End-to-end management of implementation projects in the area of system integration
• Integration of SAP files (e.g., flat files, CSV, XML)
• Coordination of communication between the client and internal teams (IT, operations)
• Preparation of configuration for communication in SAP (test environment)
• Creation and configuration of interfaces in SAP Business Connector (test environment)
• Organization and execution of integration tests with the client
• Preparation and deployment of SAP Business Connector transports (packages) to the production environment
• Configuration of the SAP production environment for integration
• Execution of production tests (so-called “golden order”)
• Providing post-go-live support
• Monitoring integration performance and resolving ongoing issues
• Preparing documentation

Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP WMS and broader SAP modules (EWM, MM, SD)
• Experience with SAP Business Connector, including configuration and interface creation
• Experience with system integrations (API, IDoc, EDI, EDIFACT, XML, JSON)
• Integration of SAP files (flat files, CSV, XML)
• Basic SAP configuration (customizing)
• Knowledge of SAP transports and environments (DEV / QA / PROD)
• Ability to read and analyze technical documentation and interface specifications
• Basic SQL / data analysis (troubleshooting issues)
• Familiarity with integration testing tools
• Client-facing experience and project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients
• English (B2/C1) – capable of working with documentation and clients
