We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) to join an ongoing ERP transformation project.

The successful candidate will take a key role in the AP/VIM stream within an SAP S/4HANA implementation, working closely with client stakeholders and cross-vendor teams to ensure successful design, delivery, and testing of solutions.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, communication skills, and the ability to operate in a complex, multi-vendor environment.

Scope:

• Lead and support the SAP AP & VIM workstream within an S/4HANA project
• Gather, analyse, and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Design, configure, and support SAP AP and VIM solutions
• Participate in testing phases including SIT and UAT support
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and system design
• Work closely with client teams and other vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement during project lifecycle

Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Functional SAP Consultant
• Proven experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP projects with direct client interaction
• Strong expertise in:
  • SAP S/4HANA Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
• Experience in functional analysis, solution design, and testing
• Strong communication skills for direct client engagement
• English: C1 level (required for client communication)
• Polish: C1 level

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA migration projects
• SAP S/4HANA certification
• Experience in invoice automation or document management solutions
