Job details:

We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM Solution Architect / Technical Lead to support the ongoing development and optimization of the IEB VIM SAP solution. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and functional understanding, along with the ability to take ownership of architecture decisions and guide stakeholders across the organization.
 
As part of the client’s Digital Finance Transformation initiative, the consultant will ensure that the solution architecture is robust, scalable, and aligned with evolving business requirements and the client’s established governance and ways of working.
 

Scope:

Solution Design & Architecture

• Define and maintain the end-to-end architecture of the IEB VIM SAP solution.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive architectural decisions and provide guidance on best practices for SAP VIM implementations.

Technical Leadership

• Act as the technical lead for the VIM solution landscape.
• Provide direction to development and integration teams.
• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to architectural principles.

Integration & System Design

• Design and oversee integrations between SAP and finance-related systems.
• Ensure reliable workflows and seamless data exchange across the solution landscape.
• Support improvements and enhancements to existing integrations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across the organization.
• Facilitate workshops, architecture discussions, and solution alignment sessions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.

Governance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with the client’s architecture governance and development standards.
• Support documentation, solution design artifacts, and knowledge transfer.

Skills:

• Strong experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Deep expertise in OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) including workflows and integrations.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles.
• Experience with finance-related system integrations within SAP landscapes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable interacting with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with governance and standards
