We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join a large-scale implementation project. The consultant will play a key role in delivering end-to-end TM functionality within an S/4HANA environment, supporting logistics processes in a complex manufacturing landscape, including toll-manufacturing and subcontracting scenarios.

The role requires strong hands-on configuration experience, workshop facilitation skills, and the ability to support all implementation phases from design to hypercare.

 

Scope:

  • Lead and conduct Fit-to-Standard and discovery workshops based on a master process list
  • Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and define scalable roll-out templates
  • Configure and implement S/4HANA TM functionalities
  • Support integration with SD, MM, and EWM modules
  • Manage end-to-end testing (unit, integration, UAT)
  • Prepare and deliver user training sessions
  • Support cutover planning and execution
  • Provide Go-Live and Hypercare support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in logistics and supply chain

 

Skills:

Functional & Technical Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) implementation
  • Advanced configuration skills in:
    – Transportation planning
    – Freight order management
    – Charge calculation
    – Settlement management
  • Integration experience with:
    – Sales & Distribution (SD)
    – Materials Management (MM)
    – Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • Experience in toll-manufacturing and subcontracting logistics processes

 
Project Experience:

  • Customizing and system configuration
  • Integration and end-to-end testing
  • Training material preparation and delivery
  • Cutover planning and execution
  • Go-Live and Hypercare support
