SAP Technical PMO – Onsite Paris (Full-Time)  / Contract / France

Location: Paris, France
Start Date: March
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension based on performance)

 

The SAP Technical PMO ensures governance, coordination, and oversight of all SAP technical initiatives. Acting as a bridge between project management, technical architecture, and SAP Basis operations, this role guarantees high-quality delivery across SAP platforms. The Technical PMO collaborates closely with Technical Architecture, Basis, Integration, Security, Release Management, and Program/Project teams to implement standards, monitor execution, and support decision-making.

Scope:

  • Technical Project Governance & Coordination: Support project execution, track progress, and ensure alignment across SAP technical initiatives.
  • Release, Change & Environment Management: Oversee release cycles, change requests, and SAP environments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Technical Architecture Support: Assist in implementing and monitoring technical architecture standards, including database and integration components.
  • PMO Framework & Standards: Maintain PMO processes, templates, and reporting to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Risk, Quality & Compliance Management: Identify risks, track mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with SAP and corporate standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple stakeholders to facilitate decision-making, resolve dependencies, and support SAP program objectives.

 

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem: SAP Basis operations, integrations (PI/PO, BTP), security, monitoring tools, SAP technical maintenance, SAP architecture (database, performance).
  • Experience in PMO or project roles within large SAP landscapes.
  • Ability to interpret technical architecture materials and translate them into actionable PMO deliverables.
  • Proficiency with project and operational management tools such as Jira, CALM, SharePoint, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience with cloud environments, including RISE with SAP and AWS.
  • Background in SAP data archiving, performance tuning, or migration projects.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Additional Information

  • Onsite presence required in Paris.
  • Flexible contract extension possible depending on performance and business needs.
