We’re looking for an experienced SAP Successfactors Consultant with Data Migration for our international client.

Scope:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant to join an upcoming project and ensure a seamless transition for our global workforce data.

This is a critical role requiring a blend of technical precision and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and system performance from day one

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Define the data migration strategy, including historical data scope and cutover planning.
  • Data Mapping: Map legacy system fields to SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Foundation Objects (FO).
  • ETL Execution: Extract, transform, and load data using SuccessFactors Import tools and the Metadata Framework (MDF).
  • Data Validation: Lead the reconciliation process to ensure 100% data accuracy between source and target systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Functional Consultants and HR stakeholders to resolve data gaps and logic conflicts.

 

Skills required:

  • Proven experience specifically in Data Migration for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central experience is mandatory).
  • Participation in at least three full end-to-end (E2E) implementations.
  • Mastery of SuccessFactors Admin Center tools (Import Foundation Data, Import Employee Data) and advanced Excel/Data tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex upload errors and API constraints.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
