We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Migration Manager to lead and coordinate the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors. The role requires close collaboration with business key users on the client side, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process.

Scope:

• Plan, coordinate, and orchestrate all migration activities between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Collaborate closely with business key users to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Identify and collect migration objects
• Design migration logic and strategy
• Perform technical implementation using SAP migration tools, including:
• Migration Cockpit
• Staging Tables
• LSMW

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP HCM → SuccessFactors migrations
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with SAP migration tools
