Job details:

• Role: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
• Location: Hybrid, with 2 days in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra (TBC)
• Full time
• Start date: asap
• Duration: 12 months project

Scope:

• Configuration and customization of SAP SF LMS components (items, curricula, programs, users, assignments, and learning plans).
• Integration with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.).
• Administration of the learning environment (catalogs, scheduling, and notifications).
• Reporting and analytics using standard LMS tools and custom reports.
• User support, troubleshooting, and process documentation.
• Understanding of compliance training, certification processes, and SCORM/AICC standards.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
• Fluent in English
