• Role: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant
• Location: Hybrid (Onsite 1 day in Lisbon or Braga), remote possible

Scope:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to lead and support end-to-end Learning Management System implementations. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical and functional expertise to design, configure, and deploy SAP SF LMS solutions that align with strategic business goals.

This is a high-impact position requiring a proven track record of successful enterprise deliveries and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilities:

• Drive the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of SAP SF LMS modules.
• Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical architecture designs.
• Configure core LMS functionalities (e.g., item management, curricula, assignment profiles, evaluation, reporting) and oversee integrations with core HR (Employee Central) and third-party systems.
• Lead data mapping, cleansing, and migration efforts from legacy learning systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Serve as the SME, advising stakeholders on LMS best practices, process optimization, and system capabilities.

Skills required:

• 5+ years of professional experience specializing in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
• Proven track record of at least 3 full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP SF LMS implementations.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP SF LMS module configuration, security roles, workflows, and analytics/reporting
• Strong understanding of integration scenarios (e.g., SF EC, SAP CPI, standard APIs).
• Fluency in English
