SAP Successfactors Consultant

We are currently looking for multiple SAP SuccessFactors Consultants for a client of our based in Nordics.

Details:

• SAP Successfactors Consultant
• Client: Multinational Consulting and Technology services company
• Role: Remote work for Nordic countries with some onsite work requests depending on the project and phases
• Duration: 6-12 months depending on project and scope

Scope of Work:

• Taking part in SAP Successfactors implementation projects for Nordic clients.
• Implement, configure, and support of SAP Successfactors modules at various clients.
• Deliver workshops, training, and documentation to business and IT teams.

Skills:

• Minimum 3-4 years of solid experience in SAP Successfactors projects.
• 1-2 full cycle project experience in one or more SAP Successfactors core modules
• Fluent in English, nice to have additional European language
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
