We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with EC, for our international client in Utility industry.

• Location: Hybrid with 1 days in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra

• Start date: asap
• Duration: 6 months + possible extension
• Industry: Beverage

Scope:

• Design and develop custom software solutions that meet defined business requirements.
• Take ownership of solution architecture and implementation, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Drive team collaboration and decision-making across multiple engineering and business teams.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization to maintain high standards in code quality.

Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven experience in custom software development using modern frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and agile practices.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). Portugues and Dutch are plus
