We are urgently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming HR digital transformation initiatives.
The consultant will be responsible for configuration, optimization, and support of the SuccessFactors Compensation module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and global HR processes.
Scope:
- Lead configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Translate business requirements into system design and functional specifications.
- Configure compensation templates, worksheets, eligibility rules, guidelines, and workflows.
- Support variable pay, bonus planning, and salary review cycles.
Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Support system enhancements, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and production deployments.
- Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution during compensation cycles.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare functional documentation and system configuration documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Support integration touchpoints with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.).
Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation (minimum 3+ years recommended).
- Strong experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.
- Solid understanding of compensation processes (merit increases, bonus plans, variable pay, equity concepts).
- Experience with configuration of compensation worksheets and business rules.
- Familiarity with integration points across SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Must be currently based in Spain.
