Scope:
We are seeking a strategic SAP CS/SM Technical Process Owner to lead the Service Management workstream for a multi-year S/4HANA country rollout. This role is designed for a consultant who can bridge the gap between traditional field service processes and modern, cloud-native SAP Service solutions.
As the Technical Process Owner for the Service stream, you will be the guardian of the global template for all after-sales and field service operations.
- Service Process Ownership: Lead the design and rollout of Customer Service (CS) and Service Management (SM) processes, including Service Orders, Repair Orders, and Service Contracts.
- S/4HANA Public Cloud Transition: Guide the business through the „Fit-to-Standard” mindset. You will leverage DDA (Digital Discovery Assessment) and CBC (Central Business Configuration) to ensure the service scope is aligned with Public Cloud best practices.
- Country Rollout Support: Act as the technical lead for local deployments, ensuring that local service requirements are met without deviating from the „Clean Core” principle.
- Technical Advocacy: Oversee functional specifications, integration points with SD/MM/FI, and ensure a high-quality data migration for service-related master data.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex service scenarios into standard SAP Public Cloud processes for local business leads.
Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP CS/SM project experience.
- S/4HANA Public Cloud: Strong preference for candidates with Public Cloud experience. At a minimum, you must understand the Public Cloud approach (Scope Items, DDA, CBC).
- Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of In-house Repairs, Field Service, Service Billing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Languages: English: Fluent (Required) – Hungarian nice to have
