Scope:

• Coordinate and support SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment rollout across multiple functional areas
• Act as the primary liaison between global project teams and local business units.
• Ensure adherence to the SAP S/4HANA core model and manage local requirements within project governance.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
• Configure and support OTC (Order to Cash) processes across sales order management, deliveries, billing, and integration with logistics and finance.
• Manage and troubleshoot EDI/IDoc integrations for key flows, including orders, statuses, invoices and related outbound/inbound documents (also shipment related idocs and documents)
• Design, configure, and maintain pricing procedures, including condition techniques, surcharges, discounts, and tax determination.
• Support processes related to customs handling, export requirements, and compliance documentation within SD.
• Handle credit notes, returns, and refund processes, ensuring accurate configuration and integration with billing.
• Set up and maintain contracts, including contract creation, validity management, call-offs, and proper linkage to sales orders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional specifications for enhancements.
• Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure high quality solution delivery.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post deployment support.

Skills:

• SAP Expertise: Deep functional knowledge (technical skills) in the listed modules and experience in S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Basic ABAP knowledge, sufficient to debug programs, communicate fluently with ABAP developers, and write clear and precise functional specifications for development teams.
• English proficiency required,
• German: Nice to have but strongly preferred.
