We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA R2R / Tax Functional Consultant to support low-level design activities, configuration, and collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, finalize low-level design documentation, and ensure correct SAP configuration in the R2R and Tax areas. Some development activities will be handled onshore.

This is a hands-on functional role requiring strong configuration expertise and direct customer interaction.
 

Scope:

Functional Design & Low-Level Design (LLD)

• Communicate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed low-level functional designs.
• Finalize and document solution design specifications.
• Support review and alignment with onshore and offshore teams.

SAP Configuration (Core Requirement)

• Perform hands-on configuration in SAP S/4HANA in: Record-to-Report (R2R), Tax (TAX)
• Ensure system settings reflect local legal and reporting requirements.
• Support testing and validation of configured solutions.

Tax & Reporting Focus Areas (Examples)

The consultant should have experience in areas such as:

• Adjustments / Provisions reporting:
  – Report pohybů opravných položek
  – Opravné položky k pohledávkám v ERP
  – Opravné položky k pohledávkám a dohadným položkám
  – Opravné položky k zásobám
  – Tvorba opravných položek k zásobám
• Road Tax (Silniční daň)
• Local tax reporting and compliance requirements

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA R2R / TAX (configuration is mandatory).
• Proven ability to create and finalize Low-Level Designs (LLD).
• Experience communicating directly with business users and customers.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP functional experience (R2R / Tax focus).
• Experience working in distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Must be located in Czech Republic or Slovakia
