We are currently seeking an SAP HANA Program Leader to join a new S4/HANA implementation project based in Quebec / Canada.

• Hybrid: In average 40-50% on-site presence in Quebec City,
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Long-term corporation is expected to be 2-3 years
• Full-time
Scope of work:
• Program Leadership & Governance
o Define and maintain program governance structure, including steering committees and workstreams.
o Ensure adherence to corporate strategy, compliance, and ERP modernization objectives.
• Planning & Execution
o Develop and manage the program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies.
o Oversee end-to-end delivery: design, build, integration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Stakeholder Management
o Engage senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to secure buy-in and manage expectations.
o Facilitate workshops and decision-making forums.
• Risk & Change Management
o Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
o Drive organizational change management, communication, and training plans.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination
o Manage external system integrators and technology partners.
o Ensure alignment with SAP Value Assurance and other best practices.
• Financial & Resource Management
o Control program budget and resource allocation.
o Track KPIs and report progress to executive sponsors.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of solid experience with SAP
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong background in program management, governance, and delivery in complex environments.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and communication.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation principles.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Nice to have: Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of finance, supply chain, and HR processes.
• Nice to have: PMP or equivalent certification.
