Duration: Initial 6 month contract with possibility of extension
Our client is currently delivering a SAP S/4HANA Finance Rollout and is looking for an experienced Country Lead to drive and coordinate all finance-related rollout activities at the local level.
The role requires strong alignment between the central program team and the local business stakeholders, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
Scope:
- Act as the Country Lead for SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout in Romania
- Coordinate local rollout activities in alignment with the central program team
- Drive steering and governance activities at country level
- Act as the main point of contact between:
– Central S/4HANA rollout team
– Local Finance stakeholders
– CFO and business leadership - Ensure alignment of local requirements with global template
- Support change management and business adoption
- Monitor risks, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Facilitate workshops and key design discussions
- Ensure smooth go-live and post-go-live stabilization
Skills:
Primary Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong SAP Finance background (FI/CO)
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance rollouts
- Strong Project Management skills
– Steering local and central activities
– Managing stakeholders at senior level - Excellent communication skills
– Ability to communicate with Business & CFO level - 8–10+ years of relevant SAP experience
Language Requirements
- Romanian – Fluent
- English – Fluent
Travel Requirements
- Minimum 2 weeks per month onsite at the local client headquarters
- 3 days per week onsite is acceptable
Additional Information
