We’re looking for an experienced SAP Real Estate Consultant (RE-FX), for our international client.

Job details:

• Role: SAP Real Estate Consultant (RE-FX)
• Location: Hybrid in Porto (3 days per week)
• Full time
• Start date: January 2026
• Duration: 6 months project

Scope:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP RE-FX solutions
• Customize SAP RE-FX modules to support leasing, contract management, and property management processes
• Integrate SAP RE-FX with FI, CO, and other SAP modules
• Support data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Skills:

• Proven experience as a SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX configuration and customization
• Solid understanding of real estate business processes (leasing, contracts, settlements)
• Experience integrating SAP RE-FX with SAP FI/CO
• Native Portuguese, fluent in English
