We are seeking an experienced SAP PP-QM Lead Consultant to support a manufacturing transformation program in Hungary.

The consultant will play a key role in designing and deploying integrated manufacturing and quality management processes. This position requires strong expertise in SAP QM and SAP PP, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to improve quality and operational performance.

Scope:

• Lead SAP QM deployment activities and support integration with SAP PP
• Facilitate workshops and gather manufacturing and quality-related requirements
• Define and document future-state quality management and production processes
• Design inspection planning, quality control, and quality notification processes
• Support the definition of quality-related master data structures
• Ensure alignment between manufacturing operations and quality standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Support testing, deployment, training, and user adoption activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and quality operations
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to project teams

Skills:

• Expert-level SAP QM experience
• Strong SAP PP knowledge and integration experience
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing environments
• Experience with DevOps for SAP
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality management processes
• Experience designing inspection and quality control solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience leading SAP transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent Hungarian and English communication skills
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
