We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Lead Consultant to support a large-scale manufacturing transformation project in Hungary.

The consultant will be responsible for leading production planning and manufacturing process deployment activities, working closely with engineering, production, and business stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in SAP PP, manufacturing operations, and SAP delivery methodologies.
 

Scope:

• Lead SAP PP deployment activities across manufacturing operations
• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders
• Define and document future-state production planning processes
• Design and optimize production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing execution processes
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve operational efficiency
• Define production-related master data and planning structures
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP best practices
• Support testing, deployment, and business adoption activities
• Mentor project team members and provide functional leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Skills:

• Expert-level SAP PP experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production planning processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing environments
• Experience with DevOps for SAP
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality processes
• Experience leading SAP deployment projects
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong project delivery and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Hungarian and English communication skills
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
